NeoGenomics (NeoGenomics.com) is looking for an Enterprise Director of Hematopathology to join our Medical Staff team in Aliso Viejo CA, Fort Myers FL, Houston TX, Durham NC or Ramsey NJ.

NeoGenomics is a high-volume, oncology-focused commercial laboratory specializing in both solid tumor and hematology testing. You will be leading an experienced team of over 30 hematopathologists, establishing standards for diagnostic excellence, harmonizing diagnostic workflows across sites, ensuring exceptional quality, and elevating customer experience.

This position requires board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology with fellowship training in Hematopathology.  At least 8 years of post fellowship experience in Hematopathology and previous successful experience leading a team of hematopathologists are required.
