Hematopathology Fellowship Match

If you are a program director/representative of a Hematopathology Fellowship program that has agreed to participate in the Match, please read the following FAQ document.

The proposed timeline for the Hematopathology Fellowship Match (July 2026 appointments) is as follows:

Summer/Fall 2024: programs start accepting applications (please refer to individual fellowship programs for details on their application process/timeline).
January 2025: programs start interviewing
February 5, 2025: match opens for registration to programs and applicants
March 12, 2025: ranking opens
April 16, 2025: rank order list certification deadline
April 30, 2025: match day
July 2026: start of fellowship

Hematopathology is not participating in a centralized application process. Prospective applicants will need to refer to individual fellowship programs for details on their application process/timeline.
